• For an emergency, call 911 and give the dispatcher your name, address/location, call-back phone number, and the type of emergency. Never panic; stay calm and be prepared to give the dispatcher as much information as you can. 
  
  
• For non-emergency calls, you can call the Fire District's office at (513)791-2500. 
  
  
• If you are unsure if you have an emergency, it is better to call 911 to ensure your call is handled properly.

Yes, we are happy to provide tours to both individuals and groups. Please contact the Fire District office at (513)791-2500 to schedule a tour.

• Recreational fires must be 3 feet or less in diameter and 2 feet or less in height.
  
  
• Use an approved fire pit, chiminea, outdoor fireplace, or other appropriate container.
  
  
• Start your fire by lighting small pieces of kindling wood and paper. NEVER start your fire using liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, or charcoal lighter fluid!
  
  
• Burn only clean, dry, seasoned firewood. Do not burn trash, plastic, rubber, leaves, grass, brush, yard waste, treated or painted lumber, or construction debris.
  
  
• An adult must be present and responsible for the fire from start to finish.
  
  
• Keep a garden hose, bucket of water, or other appropriate extinguishing equipment immediately available.
  
  
• Keep the fire a safe distance from buildings, fences, vegetation, and other combustible materials. Approved containers generally require at least 15 feet of separation; other recreational fires require 25 feet.
  
  
• Never leave a fire unattended and completely extinguish it when you are finished.
  
  
• If smoke becomes an undue nuisance to neighbors, you must extinguish the fire.

When they aren't responding to calls, firefighters do many tasks to stay ready to assist our residents. Firefighters complete daily checks on vehicles and equipment, maintain fire hydrants, conduct fire safety inspections, and do routine maintenance around the fire station. Most importantly, they train daily to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to emergency calls.

Fire reports are pubic records and can be obtained by contacting the Fire District office at (513)791-2500.

• EMS reports are not public records and are considered Protected Health Information (PHI) and are strictly protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure patients’ privacy.
  
  
• Please contact the Fire District office at (513)791-2500 for the proper procedure and documentation needed to obtain an EMS report.
  
  
• The Fire District is unable to release health information over the phone, by email, fax, text, or other electronic method.
